ERP Software Implementation Objective

The company had been using another vendor’s ERP for the past 12 years. They had spent a lot of time and money customizing the software. The other ERP vendor had developed a separate module called ’Forestry’ to fulfill their specific business requirements. Their HR & Payroll software, which was not a part of their ERP solution, was not even integrated with the rest of the modules.

Additionally, due to the lack of integration, the finance and HR teams often spent over 10 hours per week reconciling data manually, which led to delayed reports and decision-making bottlenecks.

Because of these limitations, they have decided to implement ebizframe. Although, they had already released an order with another vendor ERP for their latest version. However, with the persistent follow-up by the Ghana team, our strong foothold in Ghana and expertise in the Manufacturing sector turned their decision in our favor.
